This exam is available to individuals who are currently performing techniques of clinical autotransfusion and cell processing in the perioperative environment. Registration fee for the exam is $200. Exam registration fee is non-refundable.
* First time certification and exam: You must submit proof and verification of your HS Diploma or higher education degrees and certifications when applying - to the below address/fax as well as completing the online exam application and secure payment of $200. Must have been practicing in blood management for two years with proof of minimal annual cases of fifty (50) in autotransfusion or cell processing per year: Clinical Activity Form or the pdf version. The IBBM office will recieve notification of your online payment and will then verify cases performed and eligibility for the exam when you have sent us the appropriate documentation . If this office does not receive those forms from you, you will not be sent an exam admit card.
